So while I did not pay for services from Bio One I did receive incredibly helpful advice from the owner Matt when I called today! I had a small mold situation I was concerned about and unsure how to effectively get rid of it. Despite the fact that I easily would’ve paid whatever the company’s fee was, Matt offered me advice that allowed me to fix the problem myself. It was incredibly kind and speaks to the person he is and the business he runs.
